Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes that includes your order number, item details, and billing/shipping information.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If it’s still missing, just contact me — I’ll gladly verify your order and send you the confirmation manually.
Shipping Coverage & Carriers
I currently ship pickleball paddles and accessories within the United States using reliable domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery from my workshop to your door.
Order Processing Time
I confirm and start preparing your order within 0–1 business day after it’s placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (UTC-7).
Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on US public holidays are confirmed the next business day.
Processing time includes product inspection, quality check, and secure packaging to protect your paddle during shipping.
Shipping Time
After your order is processed, I hand it over to a US carrier for delivery.
Standard shipping: usually takes 1–7 business days after carrier hand-off, depending on your location and carrier schedule.
Please note: Transit may take longer during severe weather, national holidays, or other events outside my control.
Fulfillment & Packaging
Each pickleball paddle is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
I use protective padding and moisture-resistant materials to keep your paddle in perfect condition during transit.
For in-stock paddles, orders are shipped directly from my Colorado storage.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and link so you can check your delivery progress anytime.
Flat Shipping Rate (U.S.)
I charge a flat shipping fee of $4.50 on all U.S. orders, clearly displayed at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address (street, unit/apartment number, city, state, and ZIP code) before confirming your order.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it may be returned.
In such cases, I can reship your order (additional postage may apply) or handle it according to my return policy.
