I strive to display accurate descriptions, specs, and images for paddles and accessories. Minor variations in color, finish, weight, or grip feel may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.
I may limit quantities, discontinue items, or update listings at any time.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping details.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing/listing errors, or stock unavailability.
Payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways; I do not store full payment details on my servers.
Sales tax may apply where required by law.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation.
Typical U.S. delivery time: 1–7 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx (varies by destination and carrier schedules).
I’m not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, peak seasons, or events outside my control.

Pickleball paddles must be new, unused, and unplayed (no ball marks/scratches) to be eligible.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items are sold “as is” with no additional warranty from me.
Where a manufacturer warranty exists, I will help you facilitate the claim per the manufacturer’s terms (proof of purchase and photos may be required).

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
After 12 hours, your order may be in processing/shipping and can only be handled through the returns process after delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Undeliverable parcels may be returned; reshipment may require additional postage.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance (when the carrier scans and takes possession of the parcel).

Promotional offers, coupons, and discounts are subject to terms, may be time-limited, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
If an order is partially returned, any promotional value may be recalculated.
