Cancellation Policy (12 hours)
I accept cancellation requests within 12 hours after an order is placed on my website. To cancel, email contact@tietoe.com or call +1 (970) 616-0006 within this window. I will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3 – 7 business days, following the standard refund process.
After 12 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may already be processed or handed to the carrier.

Order Changes (12 hours)
I can update order details within 12 hours of purchase—this includes product variant (size/color), quantity, recipient name, shipping address, and contact information.
After 12 hours, changes are not guaranteed because the order may be in transit. If a package has shipped, carrier reroute options may be limited and may involve carrier fees.
