If something doesn’t meet your expectations — whether it’s a paddle, grip, or accessory — returning it should be quick and stress-free. That’s why I offer a 30-day return window, cover all return shipping costs, and process refunds fast once your item is back in my hands.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return
I accept returns when:

You received the wrong model, weight, or color of paddle.

The paddle or accessory arrived damaged or defective.

You changed your mind — as long as the item remains in new, unused condition.
3. Product Condition Requirements
✅ Acceptable Conditions:

Paddle or accessory is unused, unmarked, and unplayed (no ball impact, scratches, or scuffs).

Original plastic wrap or packaging is intact.

No dirt, odor, or signs of play.

Accessories (e.g., paddle covers, grips, balls) are unopened.

Worn grips or items showing play marks.

Missing packaging, tags, or accessories.

Returns made after 30 days.

Customized or engraved products.
⚠️ Items returned in used or altered condition cannot be refunded and may be shipped back at your expense.
4. How to Submit a Return

Pack your paddle securely with all packaging and protection materials.

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll issue your refund within 3–7 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after your return is approved.
Please allow a few extra days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
After 12 hours, your paddle may already be in processing or transit — at that point, it can only be returned once delivered.
7. Exchanges
I currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to switch to another model, color, or grip weight, please return your current order for a refund and place a new one.
8. Gift Returns
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, your refund will be issued as a digital gift credit after your return is approved.
9. Legal Compliance
This return policy complies with U.S. and EU consumer protection laws.
If your local laws offer additional protections, those rights will always be respected.
